While it is a little more complex than stock trading, options can help you make relatively larger profits if the price of the security goes up or down, this explains that you can make money in both type of markets bullish or bearish. That’s because you don’t have to pay the full price for the security in an options contract. Options are considered lower risk instruments than traditional contracts. This is because of the fact that one can choose to walk away from or withdraw their options contract at any time. This also means that, unlike stocks, options do not represent having ownership in a company. The market price of the option (also known as its premium) is, therefore, a portion of the underlying security or asset.

Option trading allows you to speculate on:

•Whether an asset’s price will rise or fall from its current price.

•By how much an asset’s price will rise or fall.

•By what date these price changes will occur.

We don’t intent to share any stock options above 650 as a contract size, which helps to minimizes your risk and you get good time to enter and exit.

Intraday Futures

"Intraday Future" is designed for traders who wish to take the advantage of intraday trading in huge volumes and take advantage of market conditions.

The most risky instruments in stock market is Futures trading as it requires maximum margins and involves huge volatility due to price linked directly to the underlying. Any bad/good news the price bounces accordingly specially in highly volatile, liquid, and choppy market conditions where prices move up and down in frantic fashion throughout the day. It involves tremendous efforts and courage to trade in futures. Most people who day trade futures are not able to earn money. A lack of preparation and discipline is usually their downfall. Day trading can be an unforgiving game. However, at Prosperity Wealth we do our homework, develop a plan, and stick to it with discipline to make it a profitable venture.

The use of Data Science helps us to identify the trend where the price is moving and hence the call would get generated and shared accordingly with proper entry points, SL and Targets.

Options Strategies

While stock prices are volatile, options prices can be even more volatile, which is part of what draws traders to the potential gains from them. Options are generally risky, but some options strategies can be relatively low risk and can even enhance your returns as a stock investor. Option strategies help trader to have a steady income flow. Strategies are bundled in a format which helps in perfect risk management and generates fair returns as per capital deployed. The idea behind strategies is to generate anything between 3-5% returns.

We deploy 2 types of strategies:

1 - Monthly Stock option strategies – Margin required – 70,000/- to 1 Lakh.

2 – Weekly Nifty Option Strategy - Margin required – 45,000/- to 60,000/-

Monthly Stock option: This strategy will be shared in first week of the month and have to hold for the full month or if any changes to be made or exit will be communicated accordingly. Any time in the month if we feel that the profits are increasing and could add up we will communicate accordingly to trail the profits.

Weekly Nifty Option Strategy: This strategy will be shared on Wednesday Morning with the idea as BTST trade. Exits in the strategy will be communicated accordingly. You as a client can also exit any time whenever the returns crosses 3%.
